South Korean automaker Hyundai is on the list of the largest automakers in the country and few of its popular models like the Creta, Grand i10 and i20 are consistent sellers, making it the top-selling vehicle list every month.

The third best-selling Hyundai In the month of August 2022, the Grad i10 hatchback will arrive, which will compete head-on with the Maruti Suzuki Swift in the segment. The i10 is powered by either a 1.2 liter diesel engine or a 1.2 lira diesel engine, which would be paired with a manual or AMT gearbox.
In August this year, Hyundai sold approximately 9,274 units of the i10, a 16% year-on-year growth compared to August 2021, when 8,023 units of the i10 were sold.
The Hyundai Venue is a popular SUV in the segment, which consists of the Kia Sonet, Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Mahindra XUV300, Tata Nexon, Nissan Magnite and the Renault Kiger. This compact SUV managed to beat all its competition in August, except for the Brezza and Nexon.
Previously, Hyundai sold nearly 11,240 units of the Venue, compared to sales of approximately 8,377 units in August last year, growing 34% year-over-year. The recent update Hyundai gave the Venue certainly helped as the 2022. Hyundai Venue looks much better and many consider it the best looking Venue yet.
The Hyundai Creta has been the automaker’s best-selling car for many years in a row. The Creta had almost no competition in this segment for a while, but both Toyota and Maruti are slated to launch the new Urban Cruiser Hyryder and Grand Vitara, which could threaten the Creta’s popularity.
In the month of August 2022, Hyundai managed to sell about 12,577 units of Creta SUV compared to the sales of about 12,957 units in August last year, which is only a 0.1% decrease in sales.
