Have a nice F1 race weekend!
The inaugural Miami Grand Prix on Sunday has been hyped for weeks and is finally here. The new circuit in Miami is unique and should host a fascinating race. Since there is no previous data for the teams to look at, this should make for an exciting race.
Let’s get into it! All odds come from SI Sportsbook.
Max Verstappen +180 to win
Verstappen had a good qualifying session as he only had a few laps on Friday due to a gearbox change and hydraulic problems. He was near the top of the charts all Saturday. He shot himself out of pole position when he made a mistake on his last lap. Verstappen starts third behind Charles Leclerc on pole and Carlos Sainz second. Bet on Verstappen to have the pace on the straights to take the win with these great odds.
Charles Leclerc -133 to Win
Leclerc doesn’t have great opportunities, but it’s a good choice for a few reasons. First, in his career, he has only won from the post. Second, he has his teammate Sainz between him and Verstappen. In a tight track with not much overtaking, Leclerc should be able to maintain his position with the pace he has.
Lance Hike +170 Top 10 Finish
Stroll scored his first points last round and starts in tenth. He showed good pace on Saturday and should hold his position for this bet with good chances of winning. Bet on cars for him to crash in this tricky track and for Stroll to score points in his second consecutive race.
Sebastian Vettel +170 Top 10 finish
These last two bets must be made together. There is a good chance that Stroll or Vettel will finish in the top 10. If one of them does, you are still profitable. Vettel started last race 13th and finished eighth. He starts again 13th in Miami. Bet on the four-time world champion to find some pace and finish in the top 10 again.
