CUTLER BAY, Fla. – When South Florida was covered in rain Thursday afternoon, Cutler Bay was soaked again.
At the entrance to the Lakes by the Bay Community, just off Old Cutler Road and Southwest 216th Street, cars were flooded up to their tires as they tried to leave the neighborhood.
On Friday, the area has seen two feet of water in the past seven days and it continues to rain.
This weather has also created dangerous road conditions, causing a driver to roll over at Biscayne Road and 135th Street in North Miami.
Cell phone video captured the moment when Good Samaritans sprang into action to help save a driver from a rollover accident.
The driver’s condition is unknown.
