State police arrested Matthew Lautenschlager, 29, on aggravated sexual assault, depicting child sexual abuse, and seven certain uses of computer services prohibited charges, all criminals.

The Lautenschlager investigation began in July after the Carroll County Attorney’s Office referred a case to the Conway Police Department’s state police.
