With a 2-litre petrol engine, it delivers 154 hp and 192 Nm, while the same diesel engine delivers 183 hp and 416 Nm for stunning performance. Furthermore, the petrol version has a 6-speed automatic transmission, while the diesel engine has an 8-speed automatic.

Unlike the previous model, the new-generation Tucson lacks a manual transmission, but the four-wheel drive system with multi-terrain modes makes it suitable for different surfaces and situations. Its multi-terrain capability makes it a safer vehicle to drive in different weather conditions. Tucson’s expected price is somewhere between Rs 26 lakh to Rs 32 lakh. Indian auto giant Mahindra will launch five born electric SUVs on August 15, 2022. Interestingly, Mahindra showed off these electrified models in an official teaser video. These five models will include SUV coupes. In addition, the company will be exhibiting these concept cars at their design studio in Oxfordshire, UK.
