New report says Subaru is now the best car brand in customer satisfaction

Subaru has encountered several issues affecting its customers, including inventory difficulties finding a new 2022 Forester, Outback, Crosstrek and other models due to the global supply chain and rising costs of both new and used vehicles. But the problems in the auto industry have not tarnished Subaru’s reputation with its customers.

Reputation, the global leader in reputation experience management, revealed findings from: its annual automotive industry report and found that Subaru is the number one car brand in keeping customers happy. The top five mainstream (non-luxury) car brands in the Automotive Reputation ranking of 2022 are number one, Subaru (698 points), followed by Mitsubishi (689), Toyota (679), Nissan (675) and Honda (667).

Subaru also featured two of the top twenty-five U.S. dealers in Reputation’s new report. West Herr Subaru was the leading dealer by number even in general, and Brilliance Subaru scored number fourteen on the list of best dealers.

The top luxury car brands in the US in this year’s Reputation rankings are Lexus (749), Infinity (728), BMW (696), Porsche (681) and Acura (670).

Subaru rises to number one in customer satisfaction

Subaru rises to the top and is now number one after scoring the number two non-luxury car brand in the US in the Reputation 2021 Automotive Report rankings. The top five brands last year were Nissan, Subaru, Honda, Mitsubishi and Toyota.

Reputation says they have analyzed more than 35,000 car dealerships worldwide; 20,000 car dealers in the US and Canada, 15,000 dealers in Europe and five million car dealer ratings and reviews.

How is Subaru doing during a challenging year with stock shortages for new models? Subaru delivers a positive online digital sales experience and great customer service during and after the sale. Subaru also manages the stock shortage well and doesn’t overprice its new 2022 Forester, Outback, Crosstrek and other models. Subaru’s customer satisfaction is number one among mainstream car brands.
