SUBARU TYPE TOPS IN VARIOUS CATEGORIES IN US CUSTOMER SATISFACTION INDEX RESEARCH AUTOMOTIVE STUDY

Subaru recognized for safety, reliability and product quality for the second year in a row

CAMDEN, NJ, Aug 24, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Subaru of America, Inc. today announced that the automaker ranks first for safety, driving performance and quality of service, as well as being the best of other automakers for reliability, product quality and overall ACSI® score in the 2022 American Customer Satisfaction Index Survey (ACSI) Automobile Study.

The ACSI survey and ranking is based on customers’ opinions of their own vehicles and the results are reported on a 100-point scale. In the ACSI 2021-2022 Automotive Study of Mass Market Vehicles, Subaru was rated as:

  • #1 Brand for Safety, two years in a row
  • #1 Brand for Drive Performance
  • #1 brand for service quality
  • Top rated for reliability, two years in a row
  • Top rated for product quality, two years in a row
  • Top Rated for Customer Satisfaction
