Top 5 Hyundai best-selling cars in April 2022
South Korean automaker Hyundai took second place in terms of sales in April 2022. Thanks to the dominant body style and spacious interior, Hyundai SUVs took the lead last month. Here’s a list of Hyundai’s top 5 best-selling cars in the month of April 2022. Take a look.

Hyundai Crete – 12,651 units

Hyundai Creta witnessed sales of 12,651 units in April 2022. Recently, the brand has launched the Creta Knight Edition at a starting price of Rs 13.51 lakh. The top-spec variant costs Rs 18.02 lakh (both prices are ex-showroom, pan-India). The new Knight Edition is available in petrol and diesel variants which are combined with a six-speed manual transmission, a six-speed torque converter and a seven-speed IVT unit.
Hyundai Grand i10 NIOS – 9.123 pieces

The Hyundai Grand i10 NIOS saw sales of 9,123 units last month. The 5-seater hatchback is equipped with, among other things, an 8-inch touchscreen information display with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, wireless charging and auto AC. The price of the Grand i10 NIOS in India starts at Rs 5.39 lakh and goes up to Rs 8.02 lakh (both prices are ex-showroom).
Hyundai Location – 8,392 units

Hyundai Venue ranked third in terms of sales with 8,392 units in the month of April 2022. Available in 9 variants, the price of the five-seat compact SUV ranges from Rs 7.11 lakh to Rs 11.83 lakh (ex-showroom, pan-India ). Recently Hyundai Venue crossed the 3 lakh sales units in India with petrol models accounting for 70% of the sales. In addition, Hyundai is working on the launch of the Venue Facelift in mid-June and it is likely to receive some major upgrades in terms of features and exterior.
Hyundai i20 – 4,707 units

Hyundai’s premium hatchback i20 sold 4,707 units in April 2022. This month, the hatchback got a price increase of Rs 5,000, excluding the 1.0-litre turbo DCT Asta(O) and 1.2-litre CVT Asta petrol variants.
Hyundai Aura – 4,035 units

Last month, the Hyundai Aura sedan with a length of less than 4 meters registered 4,035 units in the Indian market. The brand recently raised its prices by around Rs 9,000 for all variants. Now Hyundai price in India starts from Rs 6.08 lakh and goes up to Rs 9.50 lakh (all prices are ex-showroom). In addition, Hyundai removed the S(O) and AMT S diesel variants of the Aura sedan.
