These models have corresponding ex-showroom prices of Rs 99.99 lakh, Rs 1.16 crore and Rs 1.18 crore. A battery pack of 71 kWh and an engine with 313 hp and 408 Nm of torque provides the E-Torn 50. It can cover 379 kilometers on a single charge. The 91 kWh battery pack with 408 hp and 664 Nm torque motors powers the E-Torn 55 and E-Torn Sportback. They can travel 484 kilometers on a single battery.

Best Electric Cars: 3. Jaguar I-pace: A 90 kWh lithium-ion battery pack is included with this Jaguar electric car. Its engine produces 696 Nm of torque and 400 hp power. It can travel 470 kilometers on a single battery. This electric vehicle accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.8 seconds due to its incredible power. 200 km/h is its top speed. A 100 kW fast charger charges the car battery to 80% of its capacity in 45 minutes. The 7kW AC charger simultaneously charges it in 10 hours. S, SE and HSE trim levels of the Jaguar I Pace are available.

4. Hyundai Kona Facelift: The South Korean company’s first electric vehicle for the Indian market has a range of 452 km. The company released it in 2019. This vehicle is available in premium and premium dual tone versions. It costs Rs 23.79 lakh and Rs 23.97 lakh, ex-showroom respectively. The battery pack for the Kona electric car is 39.3 kWh. Its engine produces 395 Nm of torque and 136 hp power. It accelerates from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour in 9.7 seconds. The ARAI-certified range is 452 kilometers on a single charge.

5. Tata Nexon EV Max: This year, Tata Motors introduced the Max version of their popular Nexon EV electric SUV. The starting price of the ex showroom is Rs 17.74 lakh. A 40.5 kWh lithium-ion battery pack is included. It can travel 437 kilometers on a single charge, as approved by ARAI. The vehicle has a 105 kW engine that produces 143 hp. Options include a 3.3 kW charger or a 7.2 kW AC fast charger. The company states that each 50 kW DC fast charger can charge the Nexon EV Max from zero to eighty percent in about 56 minutes.

6. MG ZS EV: The ex-showroom charges in India range from 20.99 to 24.58 lakh rupees. This electric SUV has a battery pack of 44.5 kWh. Its engine produces 143 hp and a maximum torque of 353 Nm. According to the manufacturer, it can cover 419 kilometers on a single charge. It takes 8.5 seconds to go from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour. Using this fast DC charger, it charges up to 80% in 50 minutes. At the same time, it takes 6 to 8 hours for an AC charge to complete.

7. Mercedes Benz EQC: Last October, Mercedes-Benz debuted its high-end electric car, the EQC. It costs Rs 99.30 lakh ex showroom. According to the manufacturer, the range is between 370 and 414 kilometers on a single charge. It has two engines, each producing 408 horsepower and 765 pound-feet of torque. It gets a 50kW DC fast charger and a 7.5kW wall-box charger. It takes 10 hours and 90 minutes to fully charge. It only takes 5.1 seconds to go from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour. The top speed is at the same time 180 km/h.
